Joe brings a unique approach and perspective to health insurance brokerage, having spent most of his professional career working for Manitowoc County's Aging and Disability Resource Center. 

As "Elder Benefit Specialist" regular training was provided in Public Benefit programs and Medicare/Medicaid, by WI Dept. of Health Services, as well the Federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Medicare-related "options counseling" as a State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) counselor. 

As an active Wisconsin Licensed Health Insurance Broker, licensure and annual company certifications are completed routinely.
